Processing Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed before 3:10 PM will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:10 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet been dispatched or handed over to the logistics provider.
  • If the request is submitted within this timeframe and the order has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation as soon as possible.
  • Once the order has been dispatched or transferred to the logistics carrier, cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, customers may follow the return process after receiving the parcel.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

To ensure proper verification, direct replacements are not automatically processed.

  • Each returned item will be individually inspected upon receipt.
  • If you wish to obtain a different item, you may place a new order through this website after the refund has been confirmed.

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

A return will only be accepted if the product:

  • Is in its original condition, unused and undamaged;
  • Is returned with original packaging, accessories, and instructions where applicable;
  • Includes the corresponding order number.

After the returned item has been received and verified, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
